Sth Canterbury v Wanganui
Wanganui had won 8 of the 9 previous Heartland Rugby encounters against South Canterbury, but yesterday at Alpine Energy Stadium, Timaru, the Green & Blacks staged a dramatic second half come-from-behind 21-17 win. Wanganui got out to a 14-7 lead with the easterly behind them in the first half, but the tide turned when South Canterbury got the use of the wind and ran in two late tries.
