The Caroline Bay Carnival backing band “City Limits” signed off the 2017 Carnival Concert season in style, with featured singers Kim Willis (Senior Talent Quest winner), Noel Burns and Sheryl Higgs. Today the band consisted of Alistair Bradley (guitar), Sheryl Higgs (acoustic guitar/vocals), Craig Reeves (bass), Dale Pelvin (drums) and Doug Wright (keyboard).
