Local singer and entertainer, Noel Burns, was a surprise  guest performer on the Caroline Bay Soundshell this afternoon. Noel had over twenty years as compere and entertainer at the Caroline Bay Carnival concerts, and he showed he still had that same flair. Noel’s set, which featured songs by Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley, was highlighted by a lovely duet with Sheryl Higgs.
